☆ Pole strap workshop

- we'll have regular Pole Strap workshops once a month, the next one is on the 2nd of March. It is already fully booked, but keep an eye on the next session 😉🔥

☆Sound bath and Yin Yoga

- on the 6th of March at 7.20pm

- 2 new crystal bowls are added to our collection 😍

☆Beginner Pole Course

- 8th of March, Saturdays at 12.30pm

- only 7 spaces 🔥

☆Pole flow workshops

- we start a new beautiful routine on the 6th of February

- you can join any time, as we'll learn this routine for a while

- we'll learn lots of technique of how to use heels in the correct way 👌
