Located within Apex House, our Monmouth studio offers a welcoming and inclusive space for pole fitness and yoga enthusiasts of all levels.

In our little green haven, we're proud to offer a fully-equipped and spacious studio, allowing you to be present in your practice and focus on what's important, you.

At epYc Monmouth, you will find on-site, free parking, toilets, and access to a kitchen to refill your water bottle.

Massages with
Green T Therapy

Tanya is a VTCT qualified massage therapist based at our Monmouth studio.


She has over 14 years of experience and is well-versed at attuning to your needs and holding a safe space for you to relax.

 

Her style is effective but relaxing, helping shift areas of tension and easing tight muscles, whilst helping people find a moment of peace in their busy lives.

The most popular treatment is a back/neck/shoulder massage, but full body massages are also available.

If you are experiencing sore shoulders, or tight forearms, (especially after a pole or yoga class!) please get in touch!
