About Using Your epYc Points
We love rewarding your commitment to training with us. Just a quick heads-up on where loyalty points can be used.
epYc loyalty points cannot be redeemed on workshops with external guest instructors such as Chloe Anderson or Dan Rosen.
Your points can be redeemed on:

epYc online tutorials and classes
Due to current system limitations, it may still be possible to apply loyalty points at checkout for guest instructor workshops. If this happens, the booking will be cancelled and refunded, and you will be asked to rebook the workshop without using loyalty points or discounts.
This policy allows us to continue bringing high-quality guest instructors to epYc while keeping our pricing fair and sustainable. If you’re unsure whether points apply before booking, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help 😊
