As an instructor, I believe it’s essential to train as much as possible. If I expect high standards and commitment from my clients, I need to hold myself to the same level.
Our clients look up to us—they want to achieve big goals, just like we do. That’s why I think it’s important to show that progress doesn’t come from luck or talent alone. I’m not superhuman; the only reason I can do what I do is because I put in hours and hours of training. 💥
To provide the highest standard of teaching, I need to stay ahead. That’s why I train with people who push my limits, who challenge me to be better, so I can confidently guide my clients toward their own breakthroughs.
For the past 7 years, I’ve made sure to dedicate time to my own training—both physically and mentally. I spend up to 30 hours a week training and teaching, constantly growing so that my clients can progress even faster than I do. Because ultimately, their success is what matters most. 💪✨
