Our upcoming beginner course will introduce you to the world of Yoga, step by step, so you don't have to worry about not knowing asanas and have no idea what to do on the mat.
Our epYc team is very enthusiastic about teaching and we do our best to make you understand how to achieve your fitness goals the quickest and safest way possible. We're literally there to support you 24/7 and there is a reason that we keep numbers very low on our sessions.
Imagine you go to a Yoga session with another 34 people. 60 minutes session... how much attention will you get? How well will you do on the class? Are your asanas correct, how do you know? Won't you be nervous to meet 34 other people all at once?
Now see yourself stepping into a proper yoga studio, where everything is prepared for you by your arrival. You will be in a good mood just by stepping into the room, smell the candles and lavender, a beautiful and welcoming environment is waiting for you... and you are one of 12, maximum. There is plenty of space around you, and all you have to do is come in, sit down and switch off. No rushing to get a good spot.
Sounds better, doesn't it? And all our classes are the same! We are there to help you as much as we can, even with the right set up.
Ashtanga Yoga:
It is very rare that Ashtanga yoga is taught in your area. It is not the easiest type of Yoga, yet so satisfying and really pushes you forward, boosts strength and flexibility on a whole new level!
Luckily we have regular Ashtanga style yoga classes on Monday evenings at 5.50pm, both Pontypool and Monmouth.
But once a month you can get a real taste of a proper Ashtanga yoga session. 90 minutes long yoga workout, where the burn of the muscles and sweat are guaranteed! :)
If you're not afraid of a challenge and ready to level up your yoga practice, this is your place.
Remember, only once a month and maximum 12 people allowed on these workshops, so make sure you keep an eye on these and book your space in advance.
All yoga classes are about our clients and not about us, so you'll get loads of attention, get corrected and you'll be offered many variations which suit your yoga practice the best.
