Service Description
Our Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing session is a two-hour journey into deep rest and restoration. **epYc members enjoy 20% discount** We begin with slow, nourishing yoga to gently ease the body into movement — releasing tension, softening tight areas, and calming the nervous system. The focus is on mindful transitions, supported stretches, and breath-led awareness so every body feels welcome and held. From there, you’ll be guided into stillness for a deeply immersive sound bath. Surrounded by soothing frequencies and layered tones, your body is invited to fully let go. During this time, Reiki is offered to support energetic balance and deepen the sense of relaxation. This is your space to unwind, reset, and simply receive. No pressure. No performance. Just gentle movement, healing sound, and deep rest. After your booking we will message you with payement details.

Cancellation Policy
Classes can't be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as numbers on the classes are very limited to provide high standard teaching. Workshop classes are on set days and hours, so they cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Workshops are non-refundable, please make sure you're available on these dates before you book your space. 🌿 epYc Studios Membership Policy 1. Membership Duration & Renewal All memberships run on a monthly rolling basis, renewing automatically each month unless cancelled. Memberships cannot be carried over into the next month. Clients with active memberships are allowed to book into classes in the following month (especially after holidays or busy periods). Upon cancelling a membership, classes/credits booked within the billing cycle will still be redeemable. Any classes/credits booked outside of the billing cycle (e.g. the month after) will be forfeited. 2. Membership Freeze Policy Freezing a membership is available only to Silver members or higher. A freeze can only be requested if you will be away for 3 weeks or longer (e.g., long holiday or travel). Freezes cannot be used for convenience, short breaks, or busy schedules. The freeze period is valid for a maximum of 4 weeks. After this period, the membership will automatically renew. Requests for freezes must be made in writing (message or email) at least 7 days before the freeze start date. 3. Medical Conditions If you are unable to attend due to a medical condition, you may request to freeze your membership for up to 6 weeks with a valid medical note. Beyond this period, your membership will be cancelled. Upon reactivation, any price changes will apply to the new billing cycle. 4. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Sessions During a membership freeze, membership classes cannot be used. You are welcome to attend sessions on a PAYG basis during the freeze period. 5. Membership Cancellation You can cancel your membership at any time by messaging us. A £20 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Any unused classes are forfeited upon cancellation. 6. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued once a membership payment has been made. For PAYG classes rescheduling is available instead of refunds. 7. Price Changes We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing when necessary. Members will be notified of any price change at least 14 days before it takes effect.
