Why do I exercise? I do it because I want a long, pain-free life without limitations.
The choices I make today shape my future, and the habits I establish now will transform what comes next. I prioritize myself—the strong, healthy version of me. I'm not perfect; I don't always stick to a healthy diet, but about 95% of my habits are geared towards a better future.
Instead of spending £150 on a night out drinking, I choose to invest that money in a gym/pole membership, working towards a better version of myself. Why don't I party until 2 AM? Because I prefer to wake up feeling fantastic, ready to train, go for a bike ride, or take a walk—feeling energized and productive. I do it all for the future me.
I'll probably still be on the pole, flying around like a crazy monkey when I'm 90! I want to be out there, living my best life. So, even when I don't feel like it, I get up and train. Whether it’s hitting the gym, dancing in my studio, or stretching through yoga, there's always something I can do, even with injuries.
Investing in your health—both time and money—is the best investment you can make. It's never too late to start your fitness journey and become the best version of yourself. Exercise doesn't just change your body; it transforms your mental health too. You feel great about yourself, empowered, and ready to take on the world. I truly wish everyone understood that exercise isn't a punishment but a sign of respect towards your body.
