This course still focuses on building up good basics (strength and technique) to be able to perform a beautiful invert. I recommend starting with the first program and then move to this one. This program will show you 10 different exercises to get better and stronger at inverts and pole dancing. How to invert? This program will teach you step by step: - to build strength for a safe invert - to understand how your body works while inverting - to do clean and perfect inverts as a beginner Pole fitness is exercise, and if you want to master it and be very good at it, you need to do lots of repetitions and you need to build up your strength and flexibility to it. You can't just go upside down without prepping your body for it. Start low reps, but quality reps. Do it a minimum of once a week, but rather 2-3 times, until you have a strong invert, not a kick.
