🎵 Sound Bath Yoga – Restorative, Healing & Deeply Relaxing

For complete rest and reset, try one of our Sound Bath Yoga sessions. These classes combine gentle, restorative yoga with immersive sound therapy — using gongs, singing bowls, and chimes to help your body and mind unwind completely.


You don’t need to “do” much — simply lie back, listen, and let the vibrations guide you into a meditative, restorative state. It’s an experience that feels both grounding and transformative.
