Contemporary Pole Flow Returns to epYc Pontypool šŸƒ

This January, Eve introduced something a little different to the epYc timetable; she hosted her very first Contemporary Pole FlowĀ class and the response was incredible. The class filled quickly, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and clients left feeling inspired, creative, and excited to move in a new way.

Due to popular demand, Contemporary Pole Flow is back. Eve will be hosting two more sessions at our Pontypool studio in February, giving you another opportunity to experience this expressive and artistic style of pole.

šŸ’« What Is Contemporary Pole Flow?

Contemporary Pole Flow is about movement, expression, and freedom. These sessions blend beginner-friendly pole techniquesĀ with fluid transitions, expressive floorwork, and contemporary-inspired movement.

Rather than focusing on strength-heavy tricks, this class explores how movements connect and flow together. It is about telling a story through movement and discovering a softer, more creative way to dance with the pole.

Each class is taught step by step, making it accessible whether you are completely new or already training and curious to explore a more artistic style.

No heels are needed, and there is no pressure to perform. You are encouraged to move in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.
