45 mins long Vinyasa Yoga session. Suitable from beginner to intermediate yogis. Being able to do a handstand is not simple. It requires lot of strength work, like hip-flexors, core and shoulders, but also helps if you're flexible, like with hamstrings, because if I really want to keep it simple, the higher you can lift up your legs, the closer you are to a handstand. With this flow you will be one step closer to your big dream. Definitely a good cardio yoga session.
