Where artistry meets athleticism. This is your chance to explore the fluid side of pole, inspired by the Russian exotic style — a style celebrated for its elegance, powerful lines, and captivating choreography. What to Expect Unlike our pole fitness classes, where each person works on their own epYc Method routine, pole flow has everyone learning the same choreographed routine during the session. You’ll work on seamless transitions, expressive movement, and the musicality that makes pole so hypnotic to watch and perform. You’ll still enjoy your own pole for the entire class, and the instructor will move around the room, giving individual feedback to help refine your lines and flow. Expect a challenging workout that builds strength, flexibility, and dance confidence. Level Requirements Suitable for beginners and above. While no prior experience is needed, some comfort with basic pole grips and movement is helpful. If you’re completely new, don’t worry — the routine will be broken down into manageable sections so you can enjoy it at your pace. What to Bring Knee pads are essential for floorwork, along with comfortable pole-appropriate clothing (sometimes shorts are needed for the flows, so best to pack them in your bag. Otherwise leggings are generally fine to wear). Heels are optional but can add to the aesthetic and feel of the style. Bring water and a readiness to move with both precision and passion.

Cancellation Policy
Classes can't be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as numbers on the classes are very limited to provide high standard teaching. Workshop classes are on set days and hours, so they cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Workshops are non-refundable, please make sure you're available on these dates before you book your space. 🌿 epYc Studios Membership Policy 1. Membership Duration & Renewal All memberships run on a monthly rolling basis, renewing automatically each month unless cancelled. Memberships cannot be carried over into the next month. Clients with active memberships are allowed to book into classes in the following month (especially after holidays or busy periods). Upon cancelling a membership, classes/credits booked within the billing cycle will still be redeemable. Any classes/credits booked outside of the billing cycle (e.g. the month after) will be forfeited. 2. Membership Freeze Policy Freezing a membership is available only to Silver members or higher. A freeze can only be requested if you will be away for 3 weeks or longer (e.g., long holiday or travel). Freezes cannot be used for convenience, short breaks, or busy schedules. The freeze period is valid for a maximum of 4 weeks. After this period, the membership will automatically renew. Requests for freezes must be made in writing (message or email) at least 7 days before the freeze start date. 3. Medical Conditions If you are unable to attend due to a medical condition, you may request to freeze your membership for up to 6 weeks with a valid medical note. Beyond this period, your membership will be cancelled. Upon reactivation, any price changes will apply to the new billing cycle. 4. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Sessions During a membership freeze, membership classes cannot be used. You are welcome to attend sessions on a PAYG basis during the freeze period. 5. Membership Cancellation You can cancel your membership at any time by messaging us. A £20 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Any unused classes are forfeited upon cancellation. 6. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued once a membership payment has been made. For PAYG classes rescheduling is available instead of refunds. 7. Price Changes We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing when necessary. Members will be notified of any price change at least 14 days before it takes effect.
