๐น 4-Week Yoga Course โ Just for Men Taught by our brilliant instructor Alan, this course is designed by a man, for men โ whether youโre brand new to yoga or just want to improve your flexibility, focus, and strength. ๐งโโ๏ธ Why join? - Build real mobility & core strength - Improve posture & reduce injuries - Boost recovery from gym, running or any sports - Feel calmer, stronger, and more focused - And yep โ itโll still challenge you Youโll be surprised at how much your body (and mindset) can shift in just a few weeks. ๐ฅ No need to be flexible to start. No weird chanting. Just movement, breath and better control over your body. This is yoga without the fluff โ just proper training that complements your lifestyle. ๐ Pontypool - Starts on the 28th of April ๐ Mondays at 8:10 pm ๐ฐ ยฃ40 for the full 4-week course ๐ฅ Max 10 people per course โ so youโll get personal guidance โ All equipment provided โ just bring water Whether you train, run, sit at a desk, or just want to feel better in your body โ this is your sign to start.

Cancellation Policy
Classes can't be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as numbers on the classes are very limited to provide high standard teaching. Workshop classes are on set days and hours, so they cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Workshops are non-refundable, please make sure you're available on these dates before you book your space.
